Finding Calm in the Chaos: Free 30-Minute Drop-In Meditation, Breathwork & Embodiment Class

In the midst of a fast-paced and often chaotic world, we invite you to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Join us Monday through Thursday at noon PT for a free, 30-minute drop-in class designed to help you reconnect with calm, clarity, and presence. Each session weaves together gentle meditation, grounding breathwork, and simple embodiment practices to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and feel more rooted in your body.

Every day is guided by a different experienced facilitator, offering their unique presence and approach—so whether you're joining for the first time or returning regularly, there's always something new to discover.

No experience is needed—just bring yourself as you are.

These classes are open to everyone, and offered as a moment of sanctuary in your day. Come experience 30 minutes of calm each day. Our gift to you!

When: Monday–Thursday, 9-9:30am HST/ 12-12:30pm PT/ 3-3:30pm ET/ 9-9:30pm CET (except Oct 27-30 8-8:30pm CET due to autumn time change)
